A big favorite for every size group, the Main Lodge can accommodate two events at that same time. The Lodge contains the “to be named” Dining Room and the versatile, multi-purpose recreation center. The two-sided lodge has two large wood-burning fireplaces, and each side can seat 200 theater style. The Lodge also features a fully equipped kitchen with walk-in freezers and food preparation-areas. There is a second floor which privately holds lodging for staff.  Outside, just adjacent to the lodge, is the 500 seat Amphitheater.

Exterior Landscaping: Removal of all shrubbery around the building, Trees cut back from building, walking paths designated and lit. Removal of all weeds/leaves/debris. Paths should have a rock base, and communal areas filled with wood treated mulch.

There is a slight leak around the base of the chimney on the roof. Taring the area should solve this issue.

Paint on the walls, floors are okay for now. Repair door handles and repair some windows. Bathroom cleaned, will also need new fixtures some items listed below. One kitchen sink needs to be replaced.
