Guest Group Policy
Many questions you may have can be answered by reading our Guest Group Policies. Accommodations, food, activities, payment and more.
Guest Registration
Groups must submit a completed registration form for your full group which includes each individual attending before arrival.
Rental Agreement
Once you speak with our Guest Group Coordinator regarding your group and the dates you’d like to rent, you will be sent a rental agreement to sign.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
2023 Guest Group Health Guidelines
The health and safety of our guests is important to us, especially during these unique times. Camp New Journey has prepared a brief guide to help you plan your event. Please reference CDC guidelines for additional information. Additional health realtered policies include our Communicable Disease Plan.
Pre-Camp Health Screening
This form is intended to help participants pre screen for symptoms prior to arriving at camp during the COVID-19 pandemic. This situation continues to change daily, and as such, we will adapt and adjust our protocols and procedures as we continue to consult with and incorporate guidelines from federal, state, and local health officials in our efforts to help keep our guest, staff, and families safe.
COVID Mitigation Policy
Camp New Journey will monitor the daily changing guidelines. All campers and guests will be divided into ‘pods’ (small groups). These pods will participate in a de-centralized program. It is our intent to be as mask-free as possible, however current guidelines do require campers to wear face coverings. Updated guidelines will be sent in your one-week prior to camp email.
